Rocky Ridge Recreation Area is about 23 miles west of Moore, Oklahoma. The park is also adjacent to the former Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

This park is not just about 4x4ing, but it does have some main attractions for off-roading. The easiest parts are in the four-wheel-drive section. The roads are relatively smooth, although ruts have formed in some parts (mainly after it rains). The park is known for its sandstone rock formations.

Even though there are some obstacles to manoeuvre around, the trails are mostly smooth; any obstacles should only take a couple of minutes to get over.

Many rock formations have been named from their shapes, such as Cathedral Spires and Elephant Rock.

Lonestar Off-roading park is a Texas off-roading park that has been in business since 1990. It is located off I-20, East of Abilene in Spade, Texas. The park has over 100 acres for off-roading enthusiasts to explore. They have dune buggies for rent as well as an outdoor grill to buy food and drinks
