First of all, go catless. With most aftermarket modifications, the goal is to increase power and torque and increase throttle response. Catless exhaust systems eliminate restrictions in your exhaust system and reduce back pressure on the engine, allowing more air to flow through the engine and resulting in increased power.   6. Maintaining the inlet grilles in front of your windshield free from debris and other obstructions will allow your vehicle’s ventilation system to work correctly.
  7. Open the windows of your vehicle and close the trunk lid if you smell exhaust fumes in it. If you notice exhaust fumes even when there are no other vehicles nearby, you should have your vehicle inspected by a professional. Gas poisoning can occur if exhaust fumes are inhaled continuously.
