  2. F50- Air Suspension Mod

I need advise my airbag suspension bag bust. Replaced it but found the airbag suspension elbow union snapped clean off. So ordered a new one pit it on and the same thing happened. The airbag blew up then all off a Sudden the elbow union snapped again in the exact place right near where the union goes in to the airbag. It’s the plastic elbow union I’m using. Please please any advise would be brilliant

It's unfortunate to hear that you are experiencing these issues. It's definitely not common for the elbow union to snap, especially not twice in a row. Too much pressure in the system can cause the elbow union to fail. Make sure that the air compressor is working correctly and not over-pressurizing the system. Also consider upgrading to a metal elbow union if possible (and if compatible). They are typically more durable and can handle higher pressures compared to plastic ones.
